Your Impact

  • Work as a key contributor to the Automation & Business Development team to deploy and maintain the service workflow management application in line with the organization’s IT strategy.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, covering deployments, technical testing, monitoring, and 3rd level support coordination for the service workflow management application.
  • Act as a business analyst and interface between IT and the service workflow management Application Owner.
  • Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders, understanding their business drivers and translating requirements into technical solutions.
  • Take responsibility for application documentation and controls relevant to internal controls (QMSE).
  • Support change control for business applications, ensuring thorough System/UAT testing before a controlled release.
  • Provide technical subject expertise for the service workflow management system, assessing requirements, liaising with suppliers, and optimizing existing applications.

  • Comprehensive understanding of service workflow management solution design, Competence Centre processes, and IT standards.
  • Proficient in SQL Management Studio and Azure DevOps.
  • Previous IT experience demonstrating analytical thinking and effective project management.
  • Inclusive and innovative mindset, emphasizing precision and thoroughness.
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication, and approachability in diverse settings.
