Your Impact
- Work as a key contributor to the Automation & Business Development team to deploy and maintain the service workflow management application in line with the organization’s IT strategy.
- Ensure operational efficiency, covering deployments, technical testing, monitoring, and 3rd level support coordination for the service workflow management application.
- Act as a business analyst and interface between IT and the service workflow management Application Owner.
- Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders, understanding their business drivers and translating requirements into technical solutions.
- Take responsibility for application documentation and controls relevant to internal controls (QMSE).
- Support change control for business applications, ensuring thorough System/UAT testing before a controlled release.
- Provide technical subject expertise for the service workflow management system, assessing requirements, liaising with suppliers, and optimizing existing applications.
Your Skill Set
- Comprehensive understanding of service workflow management solution design, Competence Centre processes, and IT standards.
- Proficient in SQL Management Studio and Azure DevOps.
- Previous IT experience demonstrating analytical thinking and effective project management.

- Strong customer focus, excellent communication, and approachability in diverse settings.
