Your Mission

• Finalizing legal documents such as sponsoring contracts, proxies, NDAs, etc.
• Conducting small legal researches
• Providing answers to teammates from other departments regarding questions about rental law, purchasing law, intellectual property law, termination of contracts, and more
• Handle issues related to corporate law, including applications to the commercial register.
• Manage administrative tasks, such as handling digital signatures, filing contracts, and coordinating with external lawyers and authorities
• Support in other topics and legal matters

Profil

Your Profile

• You’re currently in your Master of Law or you’ve just obtained your Master of Law from a Swiss university
• Profound knowledge of civil law
• Fluent in English and native language either German or French
• Strong organizational skills and efficiency in task management
• Resilient, flexible and adaptable to shifting tasks and priorities
• Passionate about fieldwork and applying legal theory in practical settings
• Strong communication skills
• You’re located either in the region of Lausanne, Bern or Zurich
