Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Institutional Clients (IC) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.
You’ll get to:
- be integrated quickly into our business life and support with client meetings presentation and preparation
- participate in networking events and cross-business event
- work closely with other internal partners such as corporate client advisors, Asset Management and Investment Banking
Your team
You’ll be working in our Institutional Clients team. We’re responsible for institutional clients from pension funds, collective foundations to multinational listed insurance companies. We provide our clients with comprehensive, integrated solutions in Switzerland and by selectively supporting them abroad.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- enjoys working in a dynamic team and international environment
- has good communication skills, confidence in dealing with colleagues at all levels
- has a structured way of working, organizational talent
- has a flexible, open and cooperative personality (in short: you are an affable person)
- has an Excellent knowledge of German and English (written and oral)
- has good Microsoft Office skills and is a quick learner when it comes to new IT products

Your program
Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of corporate and institutional clients. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
