The opportunity
Join our dynamic Troubleshooting team and help shape the future of high-voltage service. You’ll work closely with seven experienced Project Managers, supporting strategic initiatives that improve our processes and customer service. This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and process optimization. You’ll grow in a supportive environment that values learning, collaboration, and innovation. The minimum duration of the internship is 6 months.
How you’ll make an impact
- Coordinate and execute our Troubleshooting Stock management project
- Drive the Troubleshooting Pricing project from planning to implementation
- Support the Shared Breaker project with structured execution
- Lead process improvements from idea to implementation using Adonis
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the team
- Collaborate with developers to enhance SEPP execution tools
- Implement global guidelines in our department
- Manage minor troubleshooting cases from inquiry to site completion
Your background
- Completed technical education in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Business fluent in English; German is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude
- Experience in process improvement projects
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
