In our mission to improve the world’s infrastructure, we are seeking a Working Student for our Franchise and Governance organization within our Buildings Smart Infrastructure business unit

Role & Responsibilities

Support Governance Team

Support the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of governance frameworks and processes to ensure compliance, transparency, and alignment with Siemens standards

Process Governance & Standardization

Support the design and standardization of key governance processes to ensure consistency, clear accountability, and compliance with best practices

ERM & Risk Governance

Contribute to risk identification, tracking, and documentation within the ERM framework, ensuring transparency and structured risk handling

Governance Operations & Enablement

Prepare governance boards and meetings, track decisions and actions, and support communication and rollout of governance standards

Support for Project Promotion (PP)

Ensure transparent and timely project promotion reporting and stakeholder support, including payment status clarification and monthly reporting

Support Pricing Team

Support pricing analysis, process documentation, community activities, and training delivery to strengthen pricing governance and operational effectiveness

Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled at a Swiss university or a University of Applied Sciences in one of these fields: Business Administration, Technical or equivalent (Bachelor or beginning of Masters)
  • Basic understanding of Financial acumen
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel with good visualization skills
  • A high degree of self-motivation, process understanding and creativity, in order to brainstorm and adopt new concepts quickly
  • Fluent in English is a must, knowledge of German will be a benefit in this role
  • Availability for this role: either 40% (2 days per week) or up to 60% (3 days per week)
