Finding the talent that makes Deloitte unique
Organisations are exposed to an increased level of uncertainty and rely on the effective management of risk to achieve desired business outcomes. A core part of managing risk are internal controls and the appropriate management of third parties. The increasing burden of maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements means that reducing the cost of compliance is currently a key priority on many Board agendas.
We strive to help our clients by using different techniques and technology to build up cost-conscious risk frameworks that correspond to their continuously changing business needs.
How you can make an impact
- Assisting in developing basic control frameworks under supervision
- Supporting the identification of operational, compliance, and regulatory requirements; helping to spot automation opportunities and assisting in designing simple internal controls to help manage risk
- Gaining hands-on experience with the latest technologies and learning how they impact a company’s internal control environment
- Assisting senior consultants in advising organizations on Supply Chain Risk and Resilience Management strategies, and learning about industry best practices and regulations
- Supporting the team in building and maintaining client relationships in the risk and controls area, and contributing to the growth of our practice
Who we are looking for
- You are in your last semester of your Master’s or Bachelor’s degree or you just completed your studies (common applications come from economics, politics, business administration and management)
- Eagerness to build knowledge and expertise of the core business processes (e.g. PTP, OTC, RTR, Treasury, Tax, HR, etc.) and respective business risks and process level controls
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (mainly SAP) and other technologies is an advantage
- Previous internship with Enterprise Resource Planning systems (mainly SAP) and other technologies is an advantage
- You are fluent in English and at least one of German or French
- You are available to start in August 2026
