Intern Group Communications

General

As an intern Group Communications, you will be working in a small team with great ambitions and will have the chance to directly help shaping the future of communications at Swissport, fulfilling daily operational communication tasks as well as producing creative content and designing tomorrow’s communications infrastructure.

Tasks

Create and edit written and multimedia content for internal and external communication channels, including social/online media
Support in the planning and coordination of communication measures with the specialist departments
Handle media enquiries, draft statements, Q&As and press materials
Work closely with international communication agencies
Support the coordination of the communication agenda

Education

Bachelor’s degree in communications/media, management or another relevant field
Talent for (multi-media) story-telling. First experience in creating semi-professional videos is an additional asset

Experience

First professional experience in PR and/or corporate communications would be an advantage
Know-how with any type of social media

Skills

Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
Creative mind with a pro-active and positive can-do attitude
Motivation to explore and learn, coupled with capability to work independently
Excellent (near-native) English writing skills, good oral and written knowledge of German, knowledge of French is an additional asset
