Your role
Are you agile and curious to increase your professional experience in IT business analysis in Financial Advisory? Do you like to work in a dynamic, supportive and result driven team? We’re looking for someone like that to:
- do Business Analysis in the area of Financial Advisory
- work in an IT team with 6 more experienced Business Analyst
- work together with our IT vendor near shore delivery team and elaborate next generation digital advisory solutions
Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.
Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team
You will be working as Business Analyst in the Global Financial Planning Platform Team and deliver IT solutions for Financial Advisory. You will work in a full agile delivery organization. We are responsible to deliver Financial Advisory applications for Personal Banking and Wealth Management Financial Advisors. Our applications are used for client facing meetings but also integrated in E-Banking or public in Internet in the area of Mortgage Advise, Retirement Advise, Investment Advice and Financial Planning.

Your expertise
You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.
In particular, you have:
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- know-how gained from experience (or internship) in Business Analysis in Financial Advisory
- an interest in financial markets, numbers, models and products
- a structured work style, confident working autonomously
- excellent German and English (written and oral)
