🎪 About your event appearance
Please refer to the confirmation of participation you received after your registration for details of your booking.
At the get-together, the focus is on informal dialogue during an aperitif. Inform interested students about specific areas of activity, career opportunities and open positions in your company. Please note the following:
- 1 high table per company (80 cm diameter / 111 cm height) is available.
- The high tables are labelled with the respective company logo.
You are welcome to bring marketing materials such as image brochures, flyers, business cards and give-aways.
❗The companies present themselves without their own stand material such as roll-ups, displays, partition walls, exhibition furniture etc.
The job adverts will be placed on the job wall in A4 format as a QR code link. The job adverts will be automatically posted online and on the job wall on site. You will be contacted directly by our team in this regards.
❗A printout on site is not possible.
The CV checks take place during the get-together (6.30 - 8.00 pm) without pre-registration or specific appointment slots. Duration of the slots: approx. 5-10 minutes. The counselling table will be marked with your logo.

We recommend a maximum of 2 - 3 people per company from the following areas to take part in the get-together: Line managers, HR managers, professionals or potential team members/supervisors.
The get-together starts at 6.30 pm. It is therefore not necessary for stand personnel to arrive before 6.00 pm.
We will be happy to create your name badges free of charge. Please return the Excel sheet with the names of the stand personnel by 9th of October 2025. Your own name badges are also allowed.
🧑💻 Presentations
Please take the time of your presentation from the table below and note the following*:
- Duration of presentation: 30 minutes
- The topic can be freely chosen (e.g. open entry-level positions, current projects, new technologies, challenges in the industry, etc.). It has proved useful to provide students and graduates with concrete insights and practical tips.
- The room can be occupied 5 minutes before the start of the presentation and must be ready for the following presentation 5 minutes after the official presentation time.
- Please send the presentation in advance by e-mail to deborah.baumgartner@talendo.ch or bring it with you on a USB flash drive. A laptop, projector with screen, LAN connection / Clickshare and WLAN are available.
- Seating for approx. 20 people, additional standing room

Car / Parking
The motorway exits are only a few minutes away from the SIX ConventionPoint. Car parks nearby:
- Hard Turm Park multi-storey car park (Pfingstweidstrasse 104), entrance to Hotel Sheraton
- P West multi-storey car park (Förrlibuckstrasse 151)
- P+R Hardturm Zurich car park (Bernerstrasse 1)
A guarded wardrobe is available free of charge for company representatives in the Welcome Area.
A free WLAN, suitable for simple use (accessing websites, e-mails) is available. However, we would like to point out that the network coverage is limited and high usage (access by several users at the same time) can lead to a slow connection. You will receive the access data for the free WLAN on site.

Parcels may be delivered to the following address the day before the event at the earliest. Deliveries that incur costs upon receipt cannot be accepted.

There is no access control at the entrance. Your colleagues therefore do not need any means of identification (ID, badge, ticket etc.).
If any material (give-aways such as flyers, sweets, pens etc.) is left over at the end of the event, it is the responsibility of your stand personnel to take this material back with them or have it collected by a courier or the post office. It is essential that you organise the return shipment or collection by courier in advance; this cannot be done on site. Any material left behind will be disposed of.
There is a possibility that company representatives may be filmed or photographed. By participating, company representatives accept that the recordings may be used for both reporting and advertising purposes. If this is not desired, the staff at the information desk must be informed before entering the event.
