🎪 About your event appearance
Please refer to the confirmation of participation you received after your registration for details of your booking.
During the get-together, the companies present themselves without stands (displays, partition walls, exhibition furniture, roll-ups). The following furniture will be provided by talendo:
- 1 high table per company, 120x70x110cm
- Labelling with your logo
You are welcome to bring the following material for your stand:
Marketing materials such as image brochures, flyers, business cards, give-aways

At the Company Catwalk, you present your company in a 60-second presentation. Score points with a creative presentation to female students and graduates and give them an exciting starting point for subsequent discussions. The aim is to increase the quantity and quality of visitors to the information stand.
Examples of a convincing presentation:
- Emphasise USPs: What makes your company unique?
- Share corporate culture: Show values, way of working, team spirit
- Contribute personal experiences: Success stories or inspiring anecdotes
- Explain your field of activity: What your team works on and why it is exciting
What to avoid:
- Only emphasise benefits: Good salary, lots of holidays, etc.
- Remain impersonal: unapproachable presentation
- Stay too abstract: Avoid empty phrases without tangible examples
Please note the following regarding your appearance:
- Please arrive 5 minutes before the start on the left-hand side of the stage
- Only 1-2 persons per company (2 microphones are available)
- Programme in alphabetical order, companies from A-Z
- 60 seconds per company (countdown in the background)
- Company logo is displayed in the background
- Own presentations (PPP, slides) are not allowed
- Tools such as products, prepared posters etc. may be used
- Language: German or English

At the Club-Talk, companies can choose one of the topics listed below and present their company's perspective to the visitors.
The Club-Talks are limited to 3 companies per topic (one company representative per company). The Club-Talks are accompanied by moderator Dara Masi, who introduces the topic and leads the talk with questions.

❗Important:
The speakers will be contacted in advance by the moderator to discuss the topic and the details of the Club-Talk. Please send the speakers' contact details (name, function, phone number/email address) to kimberly.lippuner@talendo.ch by 17 October 2025.
During the CV-check, a student's CV or other application documents are checked and optimised.
A counselling session lasts 15 minutes with 5-minute breaks between each appointment. We will allocate the counsellors tables and visitors appointments to the slots on site (now via an online tool).
The CV-check is located in the gallery. The counselling slots are labelled with the corresponding table number and your logo. Water and writing materials will be provided.
Please confirm the number of people listed below or send additions and corrections to kimberly.lippuner@talendo.ch by 17 October 2025 at the latest.

We recommend a maximum of 2 - 3 people per company from the following areas to participate in the get-together: Line managers, HR managers, professionals or potential team members/supervisors.
We will be happy to create your name badges free of charge. Please return the Excel sheet with the names of the stand personnel by 17 November 2025. Your own name badges are also allowed.
⚙️ Logistics
Parcels can be delivered on Monday, 24 November 2025, from 08:00 am - 03:00 pm. When sending parcels, we recommend that exhibitors use delivery against confirmation of receipt from Swiss Post or alternatively commission a courier service.

Car / Parking
You will find paid parking spaces in the surrounding multi-storey car parks.
A free WLAN, suitable for simple use (accessing websites, e-mails) is available. However, we would like to point out that the network coverage is limited and high usage (access by several users at the same time) can lead to a slow connection. You will receive the access data for the free WLAN on site.
Water will be provided at your stand. You can get more water directly at the bar (free of charge).
A guarded wardrobe is available to company representatives free of charge in the Welcome Area.

In principle, all companies are registered for the Company Catwalk. If you do not wish to participate, please let us know by 17.11.2025.
You can find your stand number on the stand plan incl. legend in the concept.
The delivery of parcels is possible on Monday, 24 November 2025, from 08:00 am - 03:00 pm.
There is no access control at the entrance. Your colleagues therefore do not need any means of identification (ID, badge, ticket etc.).
If any material (give-aways such as flyers, sweets, pens etc.) is left over at the end of the event, it is the responsibility of your stand personnel to take this material back with them or have it collected by a courier or the post office. It is essential that you organise the return shipment or collection by courier in advance; this cannot be done on site. Any material left behind will be disposed of.
There is a possibility that company representatives may be filmed or photographed. By participating, company representatives accept that the recordings may be used for both reporting and advertising purposes. If this is not desired, the staff at the information desk must be informed before entering the event.
