During the get-together, the companies present themselves without stands (displays, partition walls, exhibition furniture, roll-ups). The following furniture will be provided by talendo:

At the Company Catwalk, you present your company in a 60-second presentation. Score points with a creative presentation to female students and graduates and give them an exciting starting point for subsequent discussions. The aim is to increase the quantity and quality of visitors to the information stand.

Examples of a convincing presentation:

• Emphasise USPs: What makes your company unique?
• Share corporate culture: Show values, way of working, team spirit
• Contribute personal experiences: Success stories or inspiring anecdotes
• Explain your field of activity: What your team works on and why it is exciting

What to avoid:

• Only emphasise benefits: Good salary, lots of holidays, etc.
• Remain impersonal: unapproachable presentation
• Stay too abstract: Avoid empty phrases without tangible examples

Please note the following regarding your appearance:

• Please arrive 5 minutes before the start on the right-hand side of the stage
• Only 1-2 persons per company (microphones are available)
• Programme in alphabetical order, companies from A-Z
• 60 seconds per company (countdown in the background)
• Company logo is displayed in the background
• Own presentations (PPP, slides) are not allowed
• Tools such as products, prepared posters etc. may be used
• Language: French or English

In parallel with the event, a round tables will be organised to address issues that impact women's careers: four company representatives and one moderator.

The CV / LinkedIn Check is an activity offered throughout the day, allowing students to have their curriculum vitae (CV) and/or LinkedIn profile reviewed and optimized. Each advising session lasts 15 minutes, with 5-minute breaks between appointments. Table assignments for the advisors, as well as the scheduling of time slots for participants, are managed on-site by our team (now via an online tool). Breaks are planned in advance by our staff. Additional breaks can be arranged on-site with the person responsible for appointment administration, whenever possible.

➡️ Upon arriving at the table, the student chooses whether they would like a CV Check or a LinkedIn Check, as both cannot be completed within the allotted 15 minutes.

In addition to the CV & LinkedIn Checks, 15-minute mock job interviews will be offered between 10:00 and 16:00, by appointment.The first 10 minutes will be dedicated to the interview simulation, followed by 5 minutes of feedback focusing on the candidate’s performance and overall presentation. Appointments will be scheduled in advance via our online booking tool.

We recommend a maximum of 2 – 3 people per company from the following areas to participate in the get-together: Line managers, HR managers, professionals or potential team members/supervisors.

We will be happy to create your name badges free of charge. Please return the Excel sheet with the names of the staff present on the stand by 9 March 2026. Your own name badges are also permitted.

The Swiss Tech Convention Center is 2 minutes from the ‘Lausanne Sud, UNIL-EPFL’ motorway exit.

Arrival by public transport

The Swiss Tech Convention Center can be reached in 14 minutes by the M1 metro from Lausanne-Flon and in 6 minutes from Renens station.

Deliveries

You are authorised to park your vehicle to unload for a limited period of 15 minutes maximum at the Swiss Tech Convention Center. There is a delivery door at ground level.

A free Wi-Fi, suitable for simple use (accessing websites, e-mails) is available. However, we would like to point out that the network coverage is limited and high usage (access by several users at the same time) can lead to a slow connection. You will receive the access data for the free Wi-Fi on site.

All exhibitors can eat for free throughout the event at the exhibitors restaurant upon presentation of their badge (created by talendo or company badge). Hot and cold drinks are available. Water will be provided on your table. Please obtain additional water and other drinks directly (free of charge) from the exhibitors catering service.

A guarded wardrobe is available free of charge for company representatives in the entrance (also for luggage).

There are several public car parks within a 5-minute walk of the STCC. We recommend the Parking EPFL – SwissTech Village or the Parking EPFL Campus Car Park.

In principle, all companies are registered for the Company Catwalk. If you do not wish to participate, please let us know by 09.03.2026.

Our recommendations are based on experience. You are free to choose the number of people present at your stand.
