Your role

Interested in a career in finance, specifically in banking, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Global Banking Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to:

  • support the team in the pitching and new issuance process of bonds for the Swiss borrower base
  • get to know funding activities across various currencies and products across the capital structure
  • support the deal team along the value chain while liaising with various stakeholders within the bank such as M&A, trading, sales, syndicate, structuring and legal
  • assist in preparing pitchbooks, information for client presentations, market commentaries and credit analysis
  • get hands-on transaction experience in a team with very high deal flow

Your team

You’ll be working in our Global Banking team in Zürich. We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

  • has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus on business administration, finance, banking, economics or similar at the program start date, with no more than 18 months since graduating
  • has excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • has proven knowledge about capital markets and previous internship experience
  • has strong communication skills, with an excellent command of German and English (written and oral)
  • has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
  • is motivated to work in a fast-paced business with high demands and tight deadlines

We’re looking for someone who’s curious and has a very high interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team.
