Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Summer Internship Program within our Corporate and Real Estate business in Switzerland.
You’ll get to:
- Initiate, support, and evaluate market development initiatives
- Design, prepare, facilitate, and follow up on management meetings and internal events
- Join a customer meeting and experience the full cycle — from preparation and professional documentation to post-meeting follow-up
Your team
The Corporate & Real Estate division in Central Switzerland comprises the Corporate Clients and Construction & Real Estate segments and serves small, medium-sized and large companies. You will work in the Business, Sales and Risk Management departments in Lucerne and Zug. Together with the regional management and the representatives from the market areas, we are actively developing this business area. You will gain a very versatile insight into how customer service for corporate clients is conducted, where the challenges lie and how these challenges are responded to.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- is currently enrolled in studies and will graduate in late 2026 or 2027
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- is fluent in German and has good language skills in English
- has a good command of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- has quick comprehension, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, initiative and a wide range of interests
- has a strong customer orientation, confident appearance and well-groomed manners
- has an initial practical experience in the field of economics, banking or finance is an advantage

Your program
During your 10-week paid internship, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
