The opportunity
In this internship of 4 - 6 weeks, you will have the chance to support the treasury team by providing key deliverables in the areas of Corporate Finance, Cash Operations, Export and Trade Finance, and Insurance Risk Management. You will report directly to the Head of Group Treasury based in Zurich, Switzerland and will support other treasury teams on a remote basis. How you’ll make an impact
- Supporting the reporting and documentation to increase efficiency with Export and Trade Finance, Cash Management, Corporate Finance and Insurance
- Coordinating the review of credit facility limits for internal and external loans
- Assist in processing bank guarantees, letters of credit, and other trade finance instruments
- Support daily cash positioning, cash flow analysis, and forecasting activities
- Help troubleshoot user issues and prepare training or documentation for system changes
- Collect and validate insurance-related data for global or local policies and claims
- Conduct treasury data analytics and reporting
- Contribute to preparation of presentations and dashboards for senior management
Your background
- Enrolled in, or recently graduated with, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Interest in relevant areas of treasury
- Experience with Microsoft and AI tools
- Business fluency in English (essential, both verbally and in writing); knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive approaches to problem-solving
- Strive to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
