Your team

As part of the Change Team, you will be responsible for driving impactful transformation initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in analysing and improving core banking processes through data-driven insights, workflow optimisation and automation technologies. You will actively contribute to projects involving process mapping, business analysis and the development of efficient solutions using tools such as Python, SQL and Tableau. Through direct involvement in identifying and implementing process efficiencies, you will play a key role in supporting operational excellence across the organisation. You will benefit from early responsibility and mentorship, building valuable expertise in change management, data analytics and strategic project delivery in a dynamic and intellectually stimulating environment ideally suited at the intersection of finance, technology and innovation

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Support analytics, reporting, and automation initiatives: Create and optimise recurring/ad‑hoc reports, analyse data to produce MI and dashboards, identify process improvements, and help digitise manual tasks
  • Contribute to strategic and operational change projects: Assist the Change Team on initiatives directed by the Operations Committee, support system updates and rollouts, provide documentation for governance, and act as a local data/tech/maths SME for ad‑hoc queries
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver solutions: Work with business management, operations, and peers in other locations to share knowledge, solve problems, support colleagues with tools and technology, and prepare stakeholder communications for the COO
  • How data drives real business decisions: You will gain hands‑on experience turning raw operational data into meaningful insights, dashboards, and automated solutions, building practical skills in analytics, reporting, and problem‑solving beyond what is taught academically
  • How change and transformation happen in a real organisation: By working on both strategic and tactical projects, you will learn how ideas become business cases, how governance works, how risks are assessed, and how process improvements translate into measurable efficiency gains
  • How to work effectively with diverse stakeholders: You will learn to collaborate with operations teams, business managers, tech specialists, and regional colleagues, improving your communication, influencing, and teamwork skills while applying your STEM knowledge to real-world challenges

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor student from 2nd year onwards or enrolled Master student in a field related to Data Science, Computer Science, Digital & Technology Solutions, Engineering, Physics, or another STEM discipline
  • Initial practical experience in data analysis, reporting, automation, or working with tools such as Excel, Python, Power BI / Tableau, or similar technologies is a plus but not essential - along with curiosity about process improvement and digitalisation
  • We would welcome a motivated, analytical, and collaborative mindset, with strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, willingness to learn quickly, and the confidence to engage with stakeholders across teams; effective communication skills and an interest in change, technology, or operations are also desirable
  • A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus
  • Registered in the country of application with a valid work permit
