Junior consultant - People and Organisation

What you can expect from us.

• You will support our clients with attracting, motivating and retaining their people through the development of reward and HR practices.
• You will advise clients on total reward packages for local and international employees as part of the reward consulting team.
• You will analyse and research the tax and social security implications of different forms of compensation.
• You will prepare and draft documentation in relation to equity based compensation for employees and executives.
• You will provide support with respect to the administration of international assignmentrocesses and on wider reward projects and processes as required.
• You will gain work and client experience in several service areas (HR, tax, legal) and industries, and benefit from our expertise and reputation.

What we expect from you.

• You have a bachelor or master’s degree in economics, law or an equivalent degree.
• You have an excellent command of English and French, both written and verbal.
• You have very good knowledge of MS Office, and of Excel in particular.
• You are detail oriented and have a strong aptitude for figures.
• You will gain insight into challenges faced by clients and will be able to show how PwC can create value beyond current assignments.
