Consultant/Senior Consultant - Finance Transformation
Your tasks
- You will participate in Finance Transformation projects at large multinational corporations, playing a crucial role in shaping the future for our clients.
- You will collaborate with our clients’ executive teams to review their organization and assist them in designing and implementing innovative solutions.
- You will provide your experience and contribute to the Future of Finance service offering, where you will build, apply and communicate knowledge in the areas of intelligent automation, machine learning and predictive analytics to improve the Finance Function.
- We enable you to develop an international professional network, both within Finance Transformation and in all other PwC service areas.
- We support you in continuous learning on the job through interdisciplinary collaboration within our company as well as internal and external training.
Your profile
- You have a university degree and you have gained 1-5 years of work experience in Finance Consulting or as a Finance professional in a multinational organization.
- You have a good understanding and knowledge of the Finance Function and its key issues and challenges
- You have experience in delivering projects in one or more of the following areas: Shared Services & Outsourcing, Finance Operating Models, Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, Management Reporting & Analysis, Profitability & Cost Management, KPIs, Finance Processes Optimization.
- You are able to identify and address client needs, participate in client discussions and meetings, contribute to proposals written to prospective clients.
- You are eager to help more junior talents develop, as well as being a great team player, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- You are technologically proficient and you are fluent in English and German (knowledge of French and any additional European language is highly desirable)
