What you achieve

As part of a passionate yet professional agile engineering team, you optimize the 4G/5G radio network environment at Swisscom. You constantly evolve and identify opportunities to improve network performance. In the live network, you keep tuning the radio parameter values. Using your open mind and creative powers, you develop new methods for analytics, and you design scripts to automate radio network optimization.

Why you succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) in electrical engineering or a similar field with specialization in wireless communications, RF or signal processing
• Very good knowledge of LTE (ideally 5G), wireless communications and cellular networks in general
• Strong understanding of RF propagation, antennas, TCP/IP and networking in general
• Proficiency in Excel, advanced programming skills
• Willingness to learn quickly
• Proactive game-changer accepting to follow the lead
• Very good German and English
