Your role
Are you an analytical thinker? Do you like to think out of the box and shape the future of wealth management? We are looking for someone like that to:
- identify, develop and implement strategic priorities with high business impact
- coordinate projects, sales & segment initiatives with various stakeholders (Desk heads/Client advisors, Finance, Data scientists, IT, marketing, HR, etc.)
- support the digital evolution in WM Switzerland by designing future digital capabilities
- design and roll-out of big-data and analytics initiatives
- prepare decision documents for senior management in WM Switzerland
- support the Chief of Staff Office in handling the day-to-day activities
Your team
You will be working in the Chief of Staff Office in Zurich. We are a dynamic and successful team of experienced and highly qualified employees. The position offers an ideal platform to gain in-depth knowledge about the bank, to build a network and to work closely with various stakeholders across different levels of seniority.
Your expertise
You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree. In particular, you have:
- sharp analytical and problem solving skills
- ability to work under tight timelines
- self-driven, autonomous with a diligent work style
- ability to think “out of the box”, which often can be contrary to popular, accepted thinking
- good communication skills both in German and English
- first insights gained from experience (or internship) in banking or with a strategy consulting firm
