Take the chance to kick-off your career with a fixed Graduate Programme Track within Business Management of Region CH & EMEA and related fields. The three rotation assignments are fixed in order to gain in-depth expertise and to become a specialist. During the programme you will have the unique opportunity to spend one rotation assignment abroad.

You will be working in Business Management of Julius Baer’s largest Region CH & EMEA, exposed to a large number of diverse markets and units. More specifically, you will be actively involved in the Business Development for UHNWI clients as well as in several other bank changing projects and initiatives and gaining first-hand experience. Join the Business Division “Business Management CH & EMEA” and become part of the Key Clients Team in Zurich. Rotations include the Key Clients Team, Front Risk Management Team, and a Front-related team or Marketing team abroad. Furthermore, the programme includes training sessions focusing on technical and social competencies.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Involvement in Project Management Office (PMO) matters (review of UHNWI development plans, stakeholder management)
  • Follow up actions stakeholders
  • Follow up on top management engagement
  • Management reporting (regular and ad-hoc)
  • Assist in organization for (virtual) UHNWI client meetings
  • Involvement of UHNWI marketing
  • Power User of UHNWI database
  • Collaboration in the UHNWI team and support daily business tasks
  • Collection of best practices
  • Monitoring and maintenance group mailbox
  • Working on and preparing of internal customer inquiries

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree from a University or University of Applied Sciences with above-average grades in Economics, Banking, Finance or Business Administration (graduation max. 12 months ago)
  • Initial practical experience in the financial industry and expertise in banking products and financial markets
  • Strong analytical, conceptual skills and fast thinker
  • Very good communication and presentation skills, confident appearance
  • Independent, resilient and team-oriented personality
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility
  • Fluent in English & German, other languages an advantage
  • Eligible for employment authorisation in Switzerland
