Your Role

Manage to write correspondence (text and presentations) - Proofreading and documents preparation.

Update database with data info from various sources

Manage the office files in the different systems by following the procedure

Manage the general mailbox (action plan and deadlines)

CreationofPO for travels and HR

Arrange appointments and welcomevisitors

Organise meetings and conferences (logistics - invitation letters - travel and hotel arrangements)

Manage and prepare the budget for office supplies

Requirements

  • 6 month temporary contract starting in Octobre 2018
  • English must be perfect / French at least intermediate

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Admin, preferably gained in an international organization
  • Your English must be perfect.
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments, organize own schedule, perform routine work independently, meet deadlines; ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and ability to use a database.
