Are you eager to foster innovation, master complex problem solving and re-inventing today’s business world? Then you are the right woman to join our innovation journey!

Explore the importance of women in leadership and the impact women leaders are having on the economy. Meet our female practitioners during a relaxed welcome breakfast and exchange thoughts on career opportunities with them.

Afterwards, you’ll become part of our @venture Lab, where you dive into the world of Design Thinking and you’ll get introduced into Design Space Exploration and Solution Design Techniques. Together with our innovation and industry experts you will generate fast insights and might even design a future business model for Consumer Goods.

Your qualifications

• You are preferably in your master studies or a PhD candidate from a Swiss university or School of Applied Sciences
• You have an educational background preferably in Business Innovation, Information Management, IT, Engineering, Sciences, or Maths and of course a high affinity to technical topics 
• You think analytically and in a structured manner but also embrace creative and out-of-the box approaches
• You are curious, passionate and not satisfied with a standard solution to complex problems but rather enjoy the challenge of delivering the very best
• You are fluent in English and preferably another local language
