Help our clients to drive Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement

By joining our Operational Excellence Team, you add true value to our clients across industries. Together with your future colleagues, you will design, implement, and sustain new operating models and Operational Excellence initiatives that strive to increase the efficiency of our clients’ transformations. To achieve this goal, we operate with pathbreaking organizational, process-driven, and digital approaches such as process intelligence and product mining. These approaches have given us a leadership position in Operational Excellence consulting. We understand the complex questions and opportunities facing our clients and have reliable industry relationships and experiences in delivering successful business results.

How you can make an impact

• Deploy continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma methods to drive effectiveness programs across our customers
• Explore and scale technology solutions such as process mining, task mining and product mining to identify productivity gains and improvement potential
• Define, create and sustain process-led operating models to break down functional silos
• Contribute to applied research insights and blogs on Operational Excellence by performing market research and client interviews
• Participate in onboarding new colleagues, deliver trainings, coordinate events and a wide range of special interest communities

Who we are looking for

• You can work both independently and within a team, have the capability to manage multiple tasks, and bring a high motivation to learn about new industry trends and newest technologies
• You are interested in different areas, especially Life Sciences & Healthcare, Energy, Resources & Industrials and the Consumer Industry.
• You have a university degree from a highly renowned University, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Business Innovation, General Management, Strategy and International Management.
• First industry or consulting experience with a focus on Operational Excellence is a plus
• Lean Six Sigma or similar certifications are a plus
• Fluency in English required, fluency in German strongly preferred
