Your role

Do you have a passion for technology and have strong analytical skills? Do you enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders from various segments across the bank and with focus on credit financing?

We’re looking for someone like that to:

• works as a part of an agile team developing future oriented Java applications forming the banks lending backend
• implement technical and business oriented features using Java and Spring with a strong focus on automated testing
• support the team with technical documentation of the features implemented

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Credit Servicing team (stream Obtain and Maintain Financing) in Wealth Management, Personal and Corporate Banking and develop your skills and network. We are developing the entire lending backend that supports the lending business around
the globe. Currently we are developing the new Lending Backend which will lift our technology to a new level, migrating backend from an older monolithic architecture to a new modern microservice based architecture in the cloud using Java and Spring. This will allow us in the future to react even faster to new requirements and develop new client journeys providing our clients the excellent service they deserve.

Your expertise

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a MINT topic.

In particular, you have:

• first project experience in programming
• good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
• an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
• sharp analytical and problem solving skills
• a structured work style, confident working autonomously
