Your role
Do you want to analyze Corporate Clients for their performance and potential risks? Do you feel comfortable to take decisions promptly? We’re looking for someone like that to:
- analyze and assess demanding credit requests for Swiss small and medium sized Corporates
- understand and question the clients’ strategy and financial performance
- closely cooperate with and challenge the client advisor on his/her credit request
- develop credit strategies and take credit decisions in cooperation with the team
- gain a comprehensive credit knowledge by rotating in related roles
Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.
Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team
You’ll be working in the Swiss corporate client area within Group Risk Control in Zurich. We are an ambitious and motivated team, which ensures highly professional assessments of business models and potential risks for small and medium sized corporates across all industries. Although we decide autonomously on credit requests within our credit authority we work closely together as a team.
Your expertise
You need to have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in finance or business administration (incl. accounting skills).
In particular, you have:
- a flair for small and medium sized corporations and their financial needs
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- sharp analytical and problem solving skills
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
- excellent German and English (written and oral), French is a plus
