Your team
The program will feature industry experts and mentors from various areas of the firm. You’ll have the opportunity to connect, collaborate and learn from our colleagues in Global Wealth Management, Personal & Corporate Banking, Asset Management, the Investment Bank, as well as across Group Functions.
Your expertise
We’re looking for ambitious and talented students who are eager to kickstart their career in the banking industry. Here are some of the attributes we look for:
- currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and available for an internship opportunity in 2025
- individuals whose values resonate with ours: integrity, hard work, trustworthiness, dedication, and collaboration
- strategic thinking abilities, strong communication skills and a robust determination to excel
What else? We’re looking for individuals who are curious and are ready to bring different experiences, fresh ideas and creativity to the table. It doesn’t matter what you’re majoring in, but you do need to have a genuine interest in the financial industry.
Your program
Over the course of a year, you’ll get access to exclusive events and mentoring alongside your studies to set you up for a successful career. We’ll also offer you a framework of support and guidance to grow your skills, confidence, as well as recruitment- and career-readiness. From skills to workshops, to business insights and interactive case studies, we’ve got you covered! We’ll kick off with a two-days in-person event in Zürich, planned on 6 and 7 May 2024.
