Your role
Interested in learning more about the dynamics of corporate finance and capital markets?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2024 Off-Cycle Internship Program within our Investment Bank, Global Banking business.
You’ll:
- learn all about the business: mergers and acquisitions (including carve-outs, exchange offers, corporate and sponsor-backed transactions), equity capital markets (covering all stages from capital raising to disposal), debt capital markets (including sustainability-related debt instruments), and leveraged finance (transaction and non-transaction related)
- be involved in providing advice and execution of merger and acquisitions, spin-offs, refinancings, and other advisory services
- analyze complex situations and develop the best strategy to maximize our clients’ diverse objectives
Your team
You’ll be working in Zürich, Switzerland in our Global Banking business (part of the Investment Bank), within our Swiss Country Coverage team. We provide coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate and financial institutions.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- is currently enrolled in studies with a graduation date in 2025
- has values that align with ours: integrity, hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills in English and German
- is motivated to work in a fast-paced business with high demands and tight deadlines

Your program
During your 3-month internship, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you. If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
