Your role

Are you an AI Value creator? Would you like to shape the future of AI Products at UBS and collect valuable experience along the way? We’re looking for someone like that to:

• actively support multiple cross-functional agile project teams in the development and rollout of AI products
• work closely with different internal partners (Sales and Segment Management, Analytics, Marketing, Legal and Compliance, Operations and IT) to identify business problems, that can be solved using AI technologies
• collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Software Developers, translating business requirements into user stories, jobs to be done and technical specifications
• proactively influence the entire product lifecycle of AI products, including testing, training, impact tracking, promotion of adoption, and maintenance
• create product concepts, reports, and presentations based on market, trend, and competitor analyses
• support the cultural change towards a data-driven mindset and continuous improvement

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

As part of the AI Data and Analytics Center of Excellence and the Conversational Banking Crew, you will play a pivotal role in delivering client value and making a significant business impact through analytics and artificial intelligence. Our team thrives on close collaboration with internal partners, including IT, Marketing, and UX Design. As a key component of UBS’s Agile Delivery Organization, we are dedicated to fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Your expertise

You need to have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.

In particular, you have:

• outstanding communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• proven numerical and quantitative skills for understanding and applying quantitative models
• experience in extraction and presentation of insights from models and data
• initial experience with product management or product marketing
• a structured work style, confident working autonomously
• the ability stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
