Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.

You’ll get to:

• support relationship managers in their day-to-day work, including preparing and participating to client visits or events and executing transactions
• maintain relationships with internal and external clients
• work with financial statements, do business plans analysis
• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
• perform client onboardings (including documentation and KYC) and develop new client relationships

Your team

You’ll be working in our Real Estate department. We’re responsible for business clients from private to institutional investors, promotors, real estate agency and other professionals in the real estate market. We provide our clients with comprehensive, integrated solutions in Switzerland starting from account opening and maintenance, to tailor made sophisticated financial solutions, as well as structured solutions with internal and external partner.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• is fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
• is having previous experience, knowledge or strong interest with Real Estate
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• has a high degree of curiosity and striving to better understand real economy
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of corporate and institutional clients. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
