Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically with private clients across Switzerland, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Products, Channels & Marketing Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.
You’ll get to:
- Drive key strategic growth initiatives of UBS Switzerland.
- Collaborate with the product team incl. senior stakeholders in various stages of product development, from ideation to launch.
- Compare our products and new ideas against competitors to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement to enable and push our strategic orientation.
- Develop analysis on product performance, user behavior, and market trends to support decision-making.
- Perform Product Testing: Participate in testing new features and products, identify bugs, and work with the development teams to resolve issues.
- Create a broad and deep internal and external network of partners and Subject Matter Experts.
Your team
You’ll be working in the “Be a Client” Stream within the Agile Delivery Organization of UBS. Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- has values that align with ours: trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
- has a strong interest in digitization and innovation

Your program
Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of personal and corporate banking. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
