The opportunity

Join a passionate and collaborative team driving innovation in high-voltage technology. You will support exciting GIS (Gas-Insulated Switchgear) product development projects and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment. This internship of at least 6 months offers the chance to grow your technical and analytical skills while contributing to real-world solutions.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Support type tests (high power, high voltage, high current, mechanical, environmental etc.) in GIS development projects
  • Organize, prepare, attend and document test activities
  • Evaluate test results using tools like Excel, LabVIEW or Python
  • Develop and improve test evaluation tools
  • Collaborate in development projects and daily operations
  • Contribute to solving short-term technical challenges
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure high-quality documentation and reporting

Your background

  • Completed bachelor studies in electrical, mechanical engineering or physics
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Creative and solution-focused mindset
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus
  • Comfortable in a multicultural, multidisciplinary setting
  • Basic programming skills or willingness to learn (Excel, LabVIEW, Python)
