Interested in working financial services, and have an interest in design, develop, deliver and supporting API Services, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Technology Graduate Talent Program.
You’ll get to:
- design, develop, implement and support technical solutions in scale
- work with products domain that huge number clients will use. Offering, Creation and maintenance of products.
- work with latest tech stack in Java, Spring and React space
Your team
You’ll be working in GOTO Be a Client - Client Products team in Zurich primarily focusing on providing services on the products which UBS is providing to the clients, internal services and actively working into opportunities to infuse AI capabilities in the services.
Additionally you might be exposed to the work of Generative and Agentic AI crews and pods aiming to deliver large scale GOTO transformation value and modernization.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
- has good understanding of the Scrum ceremonies and experience in tools such as GitLab, IDEs ideally
- has good understanding of operational processes and project methodology, ideally in an agile environment
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
