The opportunity
Join the motivated and dynamic System Engineering team of the Power Conversion global Center of Competence and contribute to delivering high-quality, cost-effective engineering solutions. You’ll develop tools that support better design decisions for harmonic filters, improving power quality and system efficiency. Real projects in sales and execution phases will allow you to test and apply your work directly.
How you’ll make an impact
- Streamline calculations for harmonic emissions and converter design
- Implement filter architectures and component dimensioning laws
- Add functionalities to design tools
- Improve user interface based on engineering workflows
- Support technical sales and project execution
- Apply tools to real projects in parallel
- Document guidelines and lessons learned
- Present results and train the engineering team
Your background
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master’s program in electrical engineering or related field
- Strong interest in converter system design and system-level thinking
- Motivated to take on technical challenges
- Enjoy collaboration with suppliers and engineering teams
- Skilled in MATLAB and user interface programming
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
