YOUR CHALLENGE
- Apply engineering principles to solve complex problems through sound and creative engineering
- Work with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements for a feature
- Quickly learn new engineering methods and incorporate them into work processes
- Demonstrate skill in time management and completing software projects in a cooperative team environment
- Review current developments and learn new knowledge that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products while also driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and backend services for real-time decisioning, reporting, data collecting, and related functions

YOUR PROFILE
- Master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (graduation max. 12 months ago)
- Initial practical programming experience in an object-oriented language.
- Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
- A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
- Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus
- Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
