Your team
The function aims to enable effective steering of client- and Front Office-related change by systematically capturing feedback and generating actionable insights across the bank. It encompasses end-to-end ownership of the feedback ecosystem, integrating internal input through Voice of Business mechanisms with external perspectives gathered via Voice of Client programmes. By developing scalable technical capabilities for efficient feedback analysis, visualisation, and distribution, the role ensures timely and meaningful insight delivery. These insights directly inform strategic priorities and contribute to shaping a future-ready, client-centric Front Office Target Operating Model (TOM). Close collaboration with Front Office leaders and bank-wide stakeholders ensures integrated, closed-loop feedback management and strong alignment across transformation initiatives.
YOUR CHALLENGE
What will you work on?
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts on data analysis, aggregation, and visualization, including through tools like Tableau
- Assist with the Global Client Survey rollout, including preparing communications and compiling management reporting
- Support feedback loop management by consolidating inputs and tracking action items
- Enable survey execution by setting up SharePoint sites and customizing content
What to learn
- Gain practical experience in data analysis and visualisation by collaborating with subject-matter experts and utilising tools such as Tableau to aggregate, interpret, and present business insights effectively
- Develop competencies in project coordination and internal communication by supporting the execution of the Global Client Survey, including assistive roles in outreach messaging, response tracking, and management reporting
- Build organisational and collaboration skills through active participation in feedback loop management, including the consolidation of stakeholder input, maintenance of action item registers, and facilitation of SharePoint site setup and content structuring.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor student from 2nd year onwards or enrolled Master student in the field(s) of Business Administration or Finance or Data Science
- Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
- A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
- Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus
- Registered in the country of application with a valid work permit
