Your team
Join the Business Transformation unit within the Non-Financial Risk Control function. You will work closely with colleagues in Zurich, Singapore and India. The team is responsible for steering transformative change projects across the non-financial risk landscape and ensuring consistent execution quality across all regions.

During your 10 week internship you will support the development and enhancement of strategic roadmaps, strengthen the operating model across locations, and gain insight into the mechanics of risk management in a global wealth management environment.

YOUR CHALLENGE

During your internship you will contribute to change initiatives across the non financial risk domain. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the documentation and organisation of the security roadmap and the non-financial risk roadmap with a focus on structure, clarity and traceability
  • Assisting in the preparation of material for coordination with the India based delivery team such as task summaries, status inputs and documentation reviews
  • Creating an initial prototype of a capability reporting view that shows basic performance indicators, resource allocation and simple productivity observations
  • Mapping collaboration touchpoints across Zurich, Singapore and India and identifying small process adjustments that improve transparency or reduce unnecessary steps
  • Collecting and summarising feedback from team members to help understand working conditions, communication gaps and areas for improvement
  • Reviewing existing knowledge transfer materials and suggesting opportunities to improve structure, consistency or accessibility
  • Conducting a simple analysis of team activity data such as volume trends or review cycles to support leadership discussions
  • Preparing concise summaries or visuals for leadership meetings to support decision making

At the end of the 10 week programme you will understand the fundamentals of business transformation in a regulated financial environment, including how risk focused change is governed and how distributed teams collaborate. You will also deliver a prototype capability reporting view and structured insights that inform future improvements.
