We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Graduate Talent Program - Investment Banking Mid Market.
You’ll get to:
- work as part of a deal team on the origination and execution of high-profile mandates
- support on process coordination and interactions with various stakeholders
- work on marketing materials and various analyses
- contribute to the team’s financial modelling and valuation exercises
- conduct research activities including market and company analyses
Your team
You’ll be working in Zürich, Switzerland in our Global Banking business (part of the Investment Bank), within our Swiss Mid Market Investment Banking team. We advise Swiss mid-sized corporations, entrepreneurs and private equity funds on their strategic development and financing activities, including M&A, debt and capital raisings as well as leveraged buyouts.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- will graduate with a Bachelor or Master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to starting our program, with less than 12-months of work experience post-graduation
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- is motivated to work in a fast-paced business with high demands and tight deadlines
- in-depth financial analysis skills, with the ability to produce accurate presentation material quickly
- solid corporate finance knowledge of accounting and valuation techniques
- has an excellent academic track-record and strong communication skills in English and German; French is a plus
- has previous experience and familiarity with Investment Banking, Transaction Services, Consulting or related financial services
Your program
Our Graduate Talent Program in Investment Banking is 24 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of asset management. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
