Graduate Programme Support 40 to 60% (fixed-term for six months with immediate start date)
Do you want to take ownership and make a difference? We are looking for a self-motivated and dynamic Graduate Programme Support to further develop our Graduate Programme. The Young Talents Team is embedded in the HR organization, interacting with line management, various stakeholders and universities. In this role, you will be involved in a broad variety of projects, tasks, and working in a global environment.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Supporting the Head Graduate Programme in the entire Graduate life cycle (talent attraction, recruiting, on- and off boarding, rotation planning and HR related matters etc.)
- Partnering with line managers to identify their talent needs and supporting the global demand assessment process
- Assisting the Graduates during their journey and acting as first point of contact
- Coordinating the International Assignment rotations
- Driving the marketing of the programme (event organization, internal & external communication, social media etc.)
- Continuously developing the education curriculum and planning specific trainings
- Streamlining of processes and establishing effective relationships
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
- Working experience in a comparable role in an HR organization (eg. Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR Marketing Young Talents or Social Media)
- Experience in project management
- Strong passion for young talents and people management
- Curiosity to learn new things, challenging existing practices and improving processes
- A self-starter who is eager to take responsibility and work independently
- Delivering results and high class service experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient user of relevant IT systems
- Excellent English and German skills (verbal and written)
