Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically as a wealth management professional serving clients, but not sure where to start? You’ll get to:

  • get experience in international and dynamic environment, working closely with a team of experts, and collaborating with a wide range of departments and businesses, from legal and compliance to risk and other Business Areas
  • gain exposure to different types of risks and regulations
  • build market-specific, cross border, regulatory expertise and experience, supporting Specialists in performing their roles and being part of various team initiatives
  • work with the front on client cases and learn how the bank manages market and client risks
  • leverage analytics, perform deep dives, reviews, clean-ups and monitor emerging topics
  • be a part of the banks’ integration journey, constituting an exceptional event, fully merging two different and distinct platforms.
  • collaborate with different teams on strategic projects with a goal of improving our client experience and driving engagement
  • build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning about how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients
  • develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts we believe are some of the best in the business
  • attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business

Your team

You’ll be working in our Global Wealth Management team in Switzerland. We provide advice-based solutions to deliver products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. We’ve successfully built the number one wealth management franchise in the world. You’ll work with the best talent in the industry, as we help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients.

In EMEA BRO, and specifically Regulatory and Risk Processes and Initiatives (RRPI) team, we provide optimal risk services which enable EMEA to deliver on its client promise and sustainably achieve its goals.

The RRPI team is specifically focused on:

  • ensuring regulatory compliance of the business by proactive monitoring of regulatory developments and timely implementation of regulatory change initiatives
  • supporting / leading various risk initiatives, ensuring effective risk management processes and remediation of existing and new issues, which enable EMEA to sustainably achieve its goals
  • creating awareness for important risk topics with the front, incl. conducting specific trainings/information sessions and providing platforms for information exchange
  • bringing together views of front, Legal, Compliance to enable sustainable solutions
  • providing continuous support and advice to the front and other stakeholders as a go-to team and sparring partner for risk-related topics

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

  • has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
  • has excellent English (written and oral), fluency in German preferred
  • has structured and detailed oriented personality with numerical and analytical skills
  • has strong social and collaborative skills, with an ability to cope with diverse personalities in an international environment
  • has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
  • is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Start Date: 1st February 2026

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long, and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of wealth management. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
