Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.
You’ll get to:
- as a “Client Relationship Associate” have strong exposure to many different UBS products and solutions as well as specialists across the Bank
- support senior relationship managers in their day-to-day work, including preparing for, and at times joining client visits or events and pitching business
- help drive client strategy and alignment through client coverage plans, data and intelligence analytics around Bank relationships for the firm
- build an understanding of Banking truly holistically both on the UBS and client side
Your team
You’ll be working in our Banks Coverage team within our International & Multinational Banking business. We’re responsible for the Banks client segment and look at these relationships holistically across UBS Group. We provide our clients with comprehensive, integrated solutions in Switzerland and Globally and are focused on delivering a “OneBank” experience for clients.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, critical thinking and is a fast learner
- has strong communication skills and the ability to develop relationships, identify client needs and to effectively problem solve
- has a good understanding about how Banks work, key business lines and a high level understanding of the current financial industry challenges / opportunities
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
- is fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative

Your program
Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of corporate and institutional clients. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
