How you’ll make an impact

  • Ensuring compliance with strict safety and quality standards
  • Supporting production operators with complex manufacturing tasks
  • Performing production steps according to detailed specifications
  • Recording process parameters and performing quality checks
  • Maintaining product integrity and traceability
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Assisting with the onboarding and training of new team members
  • Sharing best practices to promote a culture of collaboration

Your background

  • Completed vocational training in a technical field or equivalent experience in a production environment
  • Good German skills, both written and spoken; English is a plus
  • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive team approach
  • Willingness to work shifts and adapt to clean room requirements
  • Processing production batches according to work instructions & training new employees (first level support)
  • Precision in following instructions and documenting processes
