How you’ll make an impact
- Ensuring compliance with strict safety and quality standards
- Supporting production operators with complex manufacturing tasks
- Performing production steps according to detailed specifications
- Recording process parameters and performing quality checks
- Maintaining product integrity and traceability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Assisting with the onboarding and training of new team members
- Sharing best practices to promote a culture of collaboration
Your background
- Completed vocational training in a technical field or equivalent experience in a production environment
- Good German skills, both written and spoken; English is a plus
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive team approach
- Willingness to work shifts and adapt to clean room requirements
- Processing production batches according to work instructions & training new employees (first level support)
- Precision in following instructions and documenting processes
