Your team
Since 2022, our People Analytics team has transformed from a reporting-heavy function into a fully automated analytics operation. We run an end to end BI stack (Workday, Workday Prism, Dataiku, Tableau) with automated data flows, broad self service, enterprise grade security models, lifecycle datasets, and as is/as was org structures. Most manual reporting is eliminated, and insights are delivered quickly across HR, business leaders, and the C suite.
YOUR CHALLENGE
What to work on - Performance Prediction Analytics
- Identify drivers of Relationship Manager performance, having access to Finance and HR data
- Build/evaluate ML models in Dataiku
- Ensure interpretability and propose integration
What to learn
- Working with hypothesis driven analysis within corporate environment
- Applying Agile methodology to analytics context
- Technologies: Workday, Dataiku, Tableau
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor student from 2nd year onwards or enrolled Master student
- Initial practical experience in working with data
- Knowledge of data transformation concepts (joins, union, etc), statistical models (regression), Python programming
- A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
- Fluency in English
- Registered in the country of application with a valid work permit
