How you’ll make an impact
- Maintain and optimize wet chemical and plasma etch equipment to ensure high availability
- Troubleshoot and repair complex systems in collaboration with OEM partners
- Plan and support preventive maintenance activities to improve tool performance
- Manage spare parts and contribute to equipment upgrades and process improvements
- Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and operations teams to support production goals
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support data tracking in MES systems
- Identify and implement improvements in tools, processes, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote a safe working environment
Your background
- Technical vocational training in automation, electronics, or a related field (EFZ or equivalent)
- 2+ years of experience in equipment maintenance in semiconductor or similar industries
- Strong technical knowledge in plasma tools (e.g. AMAT, LAM systems)
- Solid understanding of electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and vacuum systems
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and within shift operations
- Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
