How you’ll make an impact

  • Maintain and optimize wet chemical and plasma etch equipment to ensure high availability
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex systems in collaboration with OEM partners
  • Plan and support preventive maintenance activities to improve tool performance
  • Manage spare parts and contribute to equipment upgrades and process improvements
  • Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and operations teams to support production goals
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and support data tracking in MES systems
  • Identify and implement improvements in tools, processes, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote a safe working environment

Your background

  • Technical vocational training in automation, electronics, or a related field (EFZ or equivalent)
  • 2+ years of experience in equipment maintenance in semiconductor or similar industries
  • Strong technical knowledge in plasma tools (e.g. AMAT, LAM systems)
  • Solid understanding of electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and vacuum systems
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and within shift operations
  • Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
