Working closely with the Siemens Mobility Leadership Team, you will contribute to key business initiatives, collaborate with decision-makers, and help identify new growth opportunities in a dynamic and international setting. From day one on, you will take ownership, build valuable networks, and develop the skills needed for a successful future at Siemens.
Your Opportunity
As a graduate with a strong technical and business focused graduation, you will support Siemens Mobility Switzerland in driving strategic growth and business transformation.
In this role, you will:

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments

Support strategic planning and business development initiatives

Develop business cases and evaluate growth opportunities

Contribute to portfolio and go-to-market strategies

Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Deliver data-driven insights to support management decision-making

Drive projects related to digitalization, sustainability, and business transformation

Build a strong network across Siemens Mobility and the broader Siemens organization
What you bring
Education & Experience
-
An excellent master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Management & Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems, Innovation Management, or a comparable field

Maximum one year of professional work experience after completing your master’s degree

At least four months of international experience gained through studies, internships, exchange programs, or research projects abroad

Flexibility and mobility throughout the program duration

Passion for innovation, business development, and the future of mobility

Fluency in Englisch and German
