Your role
Interested in working financial services, and have an interest in planning, coordinating and managing deliverables, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Technology Graduate Talent Program.
You’ll get to:
- support the Group Emerging Technology AI stream, their crews, and initiative managers with PMO activities
- coach the pods on an agile mindset and embed Agile@UBS practices
- gather information through surveying, analyzing and evaluating processes, products and services
Your team
You’ll be working in GOTO Group Emerging Technology team in Zurich primarily focusing on AI Acceleration initiative with the mandate to reduce the timeline for UBS AI use-cases to evolve from idea to production implementation from the currently observed 12 months to 2 months.
Additionally you might be exposed to the work of Generative AI and Digital Asset Tech crews and pods aiming to deliver large scale GOTO transformation value and new DA capabilities such as tokenization.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
- has good understanding of the Scrum ceremonies and experience in tools such as GitLab, Jira, ideally
- has good understanding of operational processes and project methodology, ideally in an agile environment
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of commercial strategies and opportunities for UBS. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
