Interested in working in finance, specifically in contributing to Strategy and Business Management in GOTO, but not sure where to start? Do you thrive on being part of a team and driving initiatives?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Group Technology.

You’ll get to:

  • support day to day business management activities and driving change within SPPM & AI IM
  • perform a variety of tasks and support in preparing senior management presentations as well as meetings, reports, and internal communications
  • drive initiatives by researching best practices, analyzing processes, and proposing improvements
  • gain exposure in strategy, internal communication, and business planning activities
  • take ownership of ad hoc tasks and small projects with the opportunity to present your work

Your team

We’re seeking a curious and proactive Intern to join our Strategy, Planning and Portfolio Management and AI Initiatives Management (SPPM & AI IM) team in Strategy & Business Management. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting strategic initiatives, preparing senior management meetings, improving operational processes, and contributing to internal communications. This role offers exposure to cross-team collaboration and the chance to help shape business solutions that make a real impact. Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

  • has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree), preferably in a Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, Communications or a related field
  • is proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player
  • feels comfortable with using MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook; (SharePoint and Power BI is an advantage)
  • has a genuine interest in financial services, business management, and digital innovation
  • has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
  • is a strategic thinker with strong verbal and written communication skills in English (German or French is an advantage)
  • is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Your program

This paid internship will last 6-months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
