These will be your tasks:

You are the helping hand, the friendly voice, the rock our customers can count on. With your well-founded product understanding (which we teach you), your patient and friendly personality and your clear and flawless written communication, you’re motivated to support our customers via our live chat. We have a fast growing customer base which means there are more and more people out there that have questions and could use your help. It is your job to be there for them whilst at the same time understanding where these questions come. With these insights you create a knowledge database that our customers can access to find their answers themselves, reducing the need to ask us directly.

In short:

  • You take care of all support chats for German-speaking customers
  • Based on your interactions, you create an information database that our users can access
  • You learn all the ins- and outs of Customer Success at a fast-growing software startup and develop yourself into a full-time account manager

You’re offering these qualifications:

  • German at native language level
  • Untiring patience and friendliness (very good service mentality)
  • Interest in understanding software
  • Structured and reliable personality
  • A Bachelor degree
