Your role

Do you have the power of making things happen? Are you a great structurer and partner? We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • assist building effective processes across all interfaces of GSM and hereby ensuring smooth operation of our processes
  • support functional management with subject matter expert knowledge about cross-border, risk and processes, ensure risk frameworks are designed well and operating effectively
  • coordinate know-how exchange with our partners in Legal, Compliance and BRM
  • assist management of the interfaces from markets, WM Service Lines, Client Service Teams and other units within the bank
    formulate holistic solutions, provide advice and feedback on regulatory and compliance issues

  • ensure that activities of the WM Service Lines comply with all relevant regulations, policies and standards, fostering an effective risk culture
  • take over and execute general Business Management tasks

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You are part of the GSM Functional Management team in the center of Zürich. We support all units within the Global Servicing Model (GSM) with process, cross-border and risk expertise, and assist the heads of Inbound and Outbound teams with expert knowledge about tools and procedures. Furthermore, we are responsible to control the risks associated topics as well as develop and maintain the process documentation.

Your experience and skills

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Economics.

In particular, you have:

  • an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
  • a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
  • extensive past experience with MS Office
  • excellent English skills with advanced knowledge in German

But we’d like to also see evidence that you can:

  • analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
  • plan, organize, communicate and drive things forward effectively
  • make things happen
  • work in a team and autonomously
  • come up with ideas
  • be truly service-oriented
